5 Things You MUST Know About CPA Marketing That Can Make You Rich

There's a basic "truth" when it comes to making money with CPA offers few gurus admit to you upfront (because that would cut directly into their profits):

CPA is NOT for everyone and it's not for those who know jack about Internet marketing.

I'm not saying this to dissuade you from pursuing success with CPA marketing, but simply as a reminder that a basic foundation in online marketing is required before you can even hope to have any bit of success.

Number #1: Learn basic HTML. Hosting websites and uploading important files and documents are important while setting up your landing pages, blogs, or pay-per-click program.

I have put learning HTML as number #1 because it is the biggest piece of the puzzle. In fairness, it isn't totally necessary. You can outsource or hire out web building talent for less than $50 and get a solid website you can just slap your name on and call yours.

Number #2: Learn how search engines and Google operate from the inside out. First, I would start with learning Google "insides" before graduating to less complicated search engines like Yahoo! or MSN. The reason I recommend Google first is because it's the largest search engine in the world.

Number #3: Be persistent. Be patient. It can take as long as 6 months to as little as a few short weeks before you start seeing any consistent results from your efforts (rarely longer than that unless you're doing something wrong).

Don't let the process chew you up and spit you out like a piece of used chewing gum.

Number #4: Twist your stomach a bit and get the guts to take action on a system you created or that you know someone successfully created. The reality is, you'll never fully 100% know for sure if something will work or not until YOU use it to get a response.

That's all the more reason to keep moving forward despite a few minor setbacks because you know it's always temporary, won't last forever, and will move out of your way sooner than you expected.

Number #5: Get familiar with affiliate networks. In case you don't know (and you should), CPA networks ain’t the "only" way to make a small fortune online.

As you make more money doing CPA, you can graduate to higher paying commissions like physical products through Commission Junction, Sharesale, and Linkshare.
